三种柳树对干旱胁迫的生理响应及抗旱性评价

摘要 为探究不同柳树的抗旱生理机制,本研究以乌柳、白柳、山生柳当年生扦插苗为试验材料,测定干旱胁迫下保护酶活性、渗透调节物质和丙二醛含量,并对其抗旱性进行评价。结果表明,持续干旱胁迫下乌柳、白柳和山生柳的可溶性糖含量较对照均下降,分别降低了78.70%、53.80%和56.1%。脯氨酸含量三种柳树较对照都有明显积累,白柳脯氨酸含量积累最多,为283.97μg/g。在保护酶活性方面,三种柳树超氧化物歧化酶活性较对照均呈上升趋势,乌柳增幅达34.78%,而过氧化物酶活性较对照均下降,山生柳降幅最小,降低45.6%。丙二醛含量三种柳树较对照均有不同程度的积累,乌柳含量较白柳和山生柳含量低。隶属函数结果表明三种柳树抗旱性强弱依次为乌柳>山生柳>白柳。 To investigate the drought-resistant physiological mechanisms of different willow species,this study used annual cutting seedlings of Salix cheilophila,Salix alba,and Salix oritrepha as experimental materials.The activities of protective enzymes,contents of osmotic adjustment substances,and malondialdehyde(MDA)content under drought stress were determined,and their drought resistance was evaluated.The results showed that under continuous drought stress,the soluble sugar contents of S.cheilophila,S.alba,and S.oritrepha all decreased compared with the control group,with reductions of 78.70%,53.80%,and 56.1%respectively.The proline contents of the three willow species accumulated significantly relative to the control,and S.alba had the highest proline accumulation,reaching 283.97μg/g.In terms of protective enzyme activities,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities of the three willow species all showed an upward trend compared with the control,with S.cheilophila increasing by 34.78%,while the peroxidase(POD)activities all decreased compared with the control,and Salix oritrepha had the smallest decrease of 45.6%.The MDA contents of the three willow species accumulated to varying degrees compared with the control,and the MDA content of S.cheilophila was lower than that of S.alba and S.oritrepha.The membership function method results indicated that the order of drought resistance among the three willow species was as follows Salix cheilophila C.K.Schneid.>S.oritrepha>S.alba.
