青海冷凉地区适宜夏季熟料栽培的平菇优良菌株筛选

Screening of Excellent Strains of Pleurotus ostreatus Suitable for Summer Clinker Cultivation in Cold Area of Qinghai

摘要 为缓解青海冷凉地区夏季平菇栽培品种单一、产量不稳等问题,本研究对8个平菇菌株进行了栽培比较试验,系统评估了其菌丝生长、子实体农艺性状、生物学效率及抗污染能力。结果表明,菌株QHP3与QHP5的综合性状优良,其菌丝生长健壮,子实体商品性佳、产量稳定,优于当地主栽菌株8105,适宜作为该地区夏季栽培的主推菌株;菌株QHP1生物学效率高达97.1%,可作为高产搭配菌株。同时,T2配方(玉米芯50%,棉籽壳50%,氯化钾1%,石灰2%,尿素0.5%)能显著促进菌丝生长、提高产量并有效降低污染率,是适宜的主推栽培配方。本研究通过隶属函数法进行多指标综合评价,为品种筛选提供了科学依据,可为青海地区平菇产业的品种更新与高产栽培提供理论支撑。 To address issues such as limited cultivar diversity and unstable yields in summer oyster mushroom cultivation in the cold area of Qinghai,a cultivation comparison trial was conducted with eight Pleurotus ostreatus strains.this study conducted comparative cultivation trials on eight Pleurotus ostreatus strains.It systematically evaluated their mycelial growth,fruiting body agronomic traits,biological efficiency,and resistance to contamination.The results indicated that strains QHP3 and QHP5 exhibited superior comprehensive traits,including robust mycelial growth,desirable fruiting body characteristics,and stable yield,outperforming the local main cultivar 8105.These two strains were recommended as the primary promoted strains for summer cultivation in this region.Strain QHP1 achieved a remarkably high biological efficiency of 97.1%and could be utilized as a high-yielding complementary strain.Furthermore,the T2 formulation(50%corn cob,50%cottonseed hull,1%KCl,2%lime,0.5%urea)significantly promoted mycelial growth,increased yield,and effectively reduced the contamination rate,establishing it as the recommended primary cultivation substrate.This study employed the membership function method for a multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation,providing a scientific basis for variety selection and technical support for variety renewal and high-yield cultivation in the Qinghai Pleurotus ostreatus industry.
