摘要
目的:观察双石通淋胶囊联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体感染所致慢性前列腺炎伴精液不液化症的临床效果。方法:选取2023年3月-2024年5月皖南医学院附属宣城市人民医院门诊收治的88例确诊支原体感染的慢性前列腺炎伴精液不液化症的患者,其中46例患者口服双石通淋胶囊3个疗程(每个疗程4周)联合口服阿奇霉素(4周),纳入观察组;剩余42例患者口服阿奇霉素(4周),纳入对照组。两组患者年龄、美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptoms Index,NIH–CPSI)评分、精子密度、精子活动率、精液液化时间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。比较两组患者治疗后的NIH–CPSI评分、治疗前后多次精液常规数据、精液液化治疗有效率及药物不良反应等。结果:观察组症状改善有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精子活动率提高程度及精液液化治疗有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在精子密度增加和药物不良反应发生率方面的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双石通淋胶囊与阿奇霉素联合治疗能改善支原体感染所致慢性前列腺炎伴精液不液化症的不适症状,提高精子的活动率,缩短精液液化时间,且安全有效,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Shuangshi Tonglin capsules(双石通淋胶囊)plus azithromycin on chronic prostatitis with semen non-liquefaction caused by mycoplasma infection.Methods:A total of 88 mycoplasma infection patients with chronic prostatitis plus semen non-liquefaction who were admitted to the outpatient department of Xuancheng People’s Hospital Affiliated to Wannan Medical College from March 2023 to May 2024 were selected.Among them,46 patients received three courses of oral administration of the Shuangshi Tonglin capsules,each course lasting 4 weeks,plus oral administration of azithromycin for 4 weeks,were included in the observation group.The remaining 42 patients were treated with oral azithromycin for 4 weeks and were included in the control group.There were no statistically significant differences in age,NIH-CPSI score,sperm density,sperm motility rate,and semen liquefaction time of patients between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.The NIH-CPSI score after treatment,semen routine data before and after treatment,clinical efficiency of semen liquefaction treatment,and drug adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of symptom amelioration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of amelioration in sperm motility rate and the effective rate of semen liquefaction treatment were both higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of increased sperm density and the incidence of drug adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of the Shuangshi Tonglin capsules and azithromycin can relieve the discomfort symptoms of chronic prostatitis with semen non-liquefaction caused by mycoplasma infection,increase sperm motility rate,shorten semen liquefaction time,and is safe and effective.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
