摘要
本文探讨了大型燃煤机组掺烧能源植物等生物质的技术优势及瓶颈。通过实际案例分析污泥干化掺烧的技术路径与特点,提出能源植物与干污泥联合造粒的多源生物质掺烧技术路线,利用干污泥掺烧的经济性、安全性以及能源植物的高热值优势,通过破碎压型工艺解决了生物质掺烧的可持续性问题。掺烧多源生物质折合煤价仅为410元/吨,综合收益为290元/吨,具有显著的经济效益与可持续性,同时实现了最大程度的减碳目标。
The technical advantages and limitations of co-firing biomass energy plants and similar bio-based materials in largescale coal-fired units were investigated in this paper.Through case studies,the technical pathways and characteristics of co-firing dried sludge were analyzed,proposing a multi-source biomass co-firing strategy combining energy crops with dried sludge via granulation.Leveraging the economic efficiency and safety of dried sludge co-firing alongside the high calorific value of energy crops,the sustainability challenges of biomass co-firing are resolved through a crushing and molding process.The equivalent coal price for multi-source biomass co-firing is only 410 RMB/ton,with a comprehensive benefit of 290 RMB/ton,demonstrating significant economic returns and sustainability.Additionally,this approach achieves maximum decarbonization objectives.
