破解“动力悖论”:产教融合中企业参与的动力机制解构与制度创新

Resolving the“Motivation Paradox”:Deconstructing the Driving Mechanisms and Institutional Innovation in Enterprise Participation for Industry-education Integration

摘要 产教融合政策持续推进背景下,企业参与校企合作的“动力悖论”日益凸显——政策激励持续加码与企业参与意愿不足并存,成为制约产教融合深化的关键难题。研究发现:企业参与动力呈现“四维层级网络”结构,政策因素(效应值0.72)发挥启动作用,经济因素(中长期效应0.65)形成稳定支撑,社会因素产生23%的协同放大效应,技术因素对创新型企业弹性达1.38。研究进一步揭示,企业规模与动力机制呈U型关系——大型企业(技术弹性0.81)与小微企业(政策弹性0.82)呈现差异化驱动逻辑,而中型企业则陷入“双重动力洼地”。基于此,本研究提出二项制度创新:构建“双螺旋”激励体系、设计动态股权式利益共享机制。研究数据显示,试点企业应用新机制后,参与综合收益提升3.8倍,技术转化周期缩短40%。研究不仅为破解校企合作动力困境提供了新的理论框架,也为区域产教融合政策创新提供了可操作的实践方案。 Under the ongoing advancement of industry-education integration policies,the“motivation paradox”in enterprise participation in university-enterprise collaboration has become increasingly prominent—the coexistence of intensified policy incentives and insufficient corporate engagement constitutes a critical bottleneck hindering deeper integration.The study reveals that enterprise participation dynamics exhibit a four-dimensional hierarchical network structure:policy factors(effect value 0.72)act as initiators,economic factors(mid-to-long-term effect 0.65)provide stable support,social factors generate a 23%synergistic amplification effect,while technological factors demonstrate an elasticity coefficient of 1.38 for innovation-driven enterprises.Further analysis uncovers a U-shaped relationship between enterprise scale and motivation mechanisms—large enterprises(technology elasticity 0.81)and micro/small enterprises(policy elasticity 0.82)follow distinct driving logics,whereas medium-sized enterprises are trapped in a“dual motivation trough”.Based on these findings,this research proposes two institutional innovations:establishing a dual-spiral incentive system and designing a dynamic equity-based benefit-sharing mechanism.Pilot data indicate that adopting these mechanisms increased participating enterprises’comprehensive benefits by 3.8 times and reduced technology commercialization cycles by 40%.This study not only provides a novel theoretical framework for resolving motivation dilemmas in university-enterprise collaboration but also offers actionable policy solutions for regional industry-education integration.
