摘要
面向国家“双碳”发展目标,生物质掺烧是燃煤机组低碳转型的重要技术路径。随着碳定价机制与能源植物研究的持续发展,燃煤机组直接掺烧能源植物是未来重要场景。本文阐述了燃煤机组直接掺烧能源植物技术工艺,进一步构建了技术经济性计算模型,以典型300 MW纯凝燃煤机组为对象,计算分析了不同约束条件下掺烧能源植物的经济可行性。结果表明:能源植物成型燃料热值以16 MJ/kg计,热量混合比例为10%,在能源植物成型燃料入厂价格为600元/吨、标准煤入厂价格为900元/吨和碳价为100元/吨时,燃煤直接掺烧能源植物的经济性与纯燃煤发电基本相当。能源植物燃料、煤炭单位热值价格和碳价是影响燃煤直接掺烧能源植物发电经济性的主要因素,标准煤入厂价格上涨100元/吨对掺烧发电经济性的影响与定热值能源植物燃料入厂价格下降52.0元/吨或碳价上涨39.4元/吨相当。未来,随着碳价的上涨和能源植物产业链供应链体系不断成熟,燃煤机组掺烧能源植物的经济性论证将变得更为可行,可考虑在条件适宜地区加快推广。
Under the target of double-carbon,co-firing of biomass has become an important technical route for low-carbon development of coal-fired units.With the continuous development of carbon pricing and energy crop research,direct blending of energy crops in coal-fired units will be an important scenario in the future.Based on a brief introduction of the typical technical process for direct co-firing of biomass crops in coal-fired units,an economic calculation model is established with a comparison to the pure coal-fired power generation,and the economic feasibility under different conditions is analyzed for a typical 300 MWunit.Results show that when the calorific value of biomass crop briquetted fuel is 16 MJ/kg,the heat blending ratio of biomass crop is 10%,and the price of biomass crop briquetted fuel,standard coal and carbon price are 600 yuan/t,900 yuan/t and 100 yuan/t resepectively,the economic benefit of the blending combustion of biomass crops is almost equivalent to that of the pure coal-fired power generation.The calorific value price of biomass crop fuel and coal and carbon price are main factors affecting the economy of power generation for co-firing of biomass crops.The effectiveness on the co-firing of biomass crops with an increment of 100 yuan/t for the standard coal price is similar to that caused by a decrement of 52.0 yuan/t for the price of biomass crops with certain colorific value or an increment of 39.4 yuan/t for carbon price.In the future,with the rise of carbon price and the continuous maturity of biomass crop supply chain system,the economic demonstration for co-firing of biomass crops will be more feasible,and it could be considered to accelerate promotion in suitable areas.
