银黄制剂化学成分、药理作用和临床应用的研究进展及质量标志物的预测分析 被引量:1

摘要 银黄制剂解热抗炎、抗菌及抗病毒等作用显著,是治疗上呼吸道感染、咽炎和扁桃体炎的常用复方制剂。本文围绕银黄制剂化学成分、药理作用和临床应用展开综述,遵循中药质量标志物(quality marker,Q-marker)“五原则”分析预测该制剂的Q-marker,结果表明有机酸类物质(绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B和异绿原酸C)、环烯醚萜类物质(獐牙菜苷)黄酮类物质(黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素、木犀草苷和汉黄芩苷)可以作为银黄制剂Q-marker,为银黄制剂物质基础和质量控制等后续研究提供科学参考。 Yinhuang preparations,with their significant anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and antiviral properties,are widely utilized as compound formulations for the treatment of upper respiratory infections,pharyngitis,and tonsillitis.This paper provided a comprehensive review of the chemical composition,pharmacological actions,and clinical applications of the Yinhuang preparation,while also analyzing and predicting its quality markers(Q-markers)in accordance with the‘five principles’framework.The findings indicated that organic acids(including chlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid A,isochlorogenic acid B,and isochlorogenic acid C),iridoid terpenoids(such as sweroside),and flavonoids(namely baicalin,baicalein,wogonin and wogonoside)could serve as potential Q-markers for these preparations.This study offered valuable scientific insights for future research on the substance basis and quality control measures pertaining to Yinhuang preparations.
