摘要
在数字经济与产业结构深度调整的背景下,高职学生的求职能力面临传统模式滞后、岗位需求迭代等挑战。与此同时,人工智能技术的快速进步,正日益显著地赋能大学生的就业领域。通过数据挖掘分析、个性化信息推送及虚拟场景构建等方式,AI为弥补高职生在求职过程中的能力薄弱环节提供了创新性解决方案。本文以河北旅游职业学院学生的实践为例,深入剖析了高职生的求职现状,系统阐述了AI工具对其求职能力提升的积极价值。具体而言,梳理了高职学生AI素养提升的措施,探讨了AI在职业方向探索、求职信息获取、简历精准优化以及模拟面试训练等关键环节的应用路径。最后,对利用AI工具求职过程中需要关注的潜在问题提出了建议。
Against the backdrop of the in-depth adjustment of the digital economy and industrial structure,vocational college students'job-hunting abilities are facing challenges like the lag of traditional models and the rapid iteration of job requirements.Meanwhile,the rapid progress of Al technology is increasingly empowering college students in the employment fields.Through methods such as data mining and analysis,personalized information push,and virtual scene construction,Al offers innovative solutions to make up for vocational college students'weak points in the job-hunting process.Taking the practice of students at Hebei Tourism College as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the current job-hunting situation of vocational college students and systematically expounds on the positive value of Al tools in enhancing their job-hunting abilities.Specifically,it outlines the measures to improve vocational college students'Al literacy and explores the application paths of Al in key aspects such as career exploration,job-hunting information acquisition,resume optimization,and mock interview training.Finally,it gives suggestions on the potential problems that need attention when using Al tools for job-hunting.
