摘要
教育部党组、教育部办公厅先后出台关于党建“双创”工作的两个文件,是新时代普通高校党建示范创建和质量创优的指导性文件,为加强普通高校党的建设奠定了良好的基础。河北旅游职业学院艺术设计学院党总支以党建“双创”工作标杆院系建设为目标,树立“四个思政”工作理念,构建“四全”党员发展工作体系,实施“54321”党支部提升计划,打造“设计人在行动”志愿服务品牌,让“塞罕坝精神”走入课堂,为艺术设计学院教育教学工作高质量发展提供坚强的组织保障,取得较好的工作实效。
The Party Leadership Group and the General Office of the Ministry of Education have successively issued two documents concerning the initiative for"Double Creation"in Party building.These guidance documents have beaconed the demonstration and quality excellence creation in Party building within regular institutions of higher learning in the new era,which have laid a solid foundation in this regard at the meantime.Aiming to become the benchmark school under the"Dual Creation"initiative in Party building,the Art and Design School of Hebei Tourism College has implemented a series of innovative measures:Improving the systems and mechanisms for Party building work;Enhancing political oversight capabilities;Constructing a work system of"cultivating students through eight dimensions of beauty";thoroughly implementing the Regulations on the Work of Grassroots Organizations;What's more,fully leveraging the vanguard and exemplary role of the Party members shall be vital also.These initiatives have yielded significant outcomes in institutional development,providing a robust organizational guarantee for the high-quality advancement of educational and instructional endeavors.
