摘要
高校教师党支部是学校基层党组织结构的重要组成部分,教师党支部书记是教师党支部的党建带头人。教师党支部书记的思想政治素质和能力素质的高低,直接决定着高校党建工作实效性,影响着高校事业高质量发展进程。“双带头人”教师党支部书记是高校教师中政治素质和业务能力均较高的高素质教师代表,是高校落实“立德树人”的主要力量。本文结合高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记队伍建设实际,分析现状,查摆问题,尝试探索构建有效的评价培育体系,为进一步落实好教育部要求提供理论和实践参考。
Party branches by teachers are of importance in universities,led by the secretaries.The ideological and political capacity of the teacher secretaries has great influence on the party building.Not only the teacher secretaries should be professional teachers,but also they shoulder ideological and political building work.This paper examines the practical construction of Party branches by teachers in universities,and endeavors to develop an effective evaluation and cultivation framework.It is hoped to provide theoretical and practical insights for better implementing the requirements set forth by the Ministry of Education.
