摘要
本研究建立了一种酒用活性炭安全评估方法。用活性炭对模拟物和白酒样品进行预处理得到浸提液,分别用GC-MS、LC-QTOF、ICP-MS分析浸提液及空白样品的溶出物质,通过模拟物空白和模拟物浸提液、白酒空白和白酒浸提液之间的谱图对比,评估活性炭样品的质量水平。该方法弥补了国家标准中植物活性炭的检测项目单一所产生的遗漏,为酒用活性炭在白酒安全性评价中的全面检测提供了参考。
A safety assessment method of activated carbon used in the production of Baijiu was established.The simulant and Baijiu samples were pretreated with activated carbon to obtain the extract,and the extract and blank samples were analyzed by GC-MS,LC-QTOF and ICP-MS.The quality level of the activated carbon was evaluated by comparison between the spectra of the extract and blank samples.This method makes up for the deficiency in the detection items of plant activated carbon provided in the national standard,and provides reference for the comprehensive detection of activated carbon in the safety evaluation of Baijiu.
