摘要
学校文化与企业文化的深度融合是提升高职学校内涵发展的重要方面,是深化校企合作、培养一线高端技能型专门人才的必然要求。高职学校文化建设必须大量融入企业文化,实现课程文化、实习实训文化、校园文化与企业文化的深度融合,将职业教育与职业素养等内容融入学校的教育教学中,从而培养出在价值观念和行为规范上更加符合企业需求的人才。
With the rapid development of the higher vocational colleges ,the numbers of colleges and the students have improved a lot.Because most of the students will enter the enterprises,vocational colleges should pay more attention to the construction of the campus cuhure.The enterprise culture should be integrated into the campus culture with the staff principles ,enterprises characteristics ,position demands and so on.Through this way, the colleges can make a true environment for students to feel what the enterprises want,improve their skills and prepare for employment in advance.
