摘要
针对分子医学实验教学中存在的高风险操作难实施、微观机制难观测以及教学资源碎片化等问题,课题组以国家级一流课程“基因克隆与表达”的虚拟仿真实验项目为基础,结合知识图谱与学习通平台,构建了技术赋能-知识整合-能力建构三位一体的实验教学数字化转型路径。通过虚拟仿真技术实现高危复杂实验的可视化与数据化教学,依托学习通平台开展线上线下混合式教学,并借助知识图谱整合理论与实践知识点以优化教学过程。实践表明,该体系有效提升了实验教学质量与学生创新能力。学生依托该项目获国家级竞赛奖项4项、发表SCI论文5篇。该研究为分子医学实验教学的数字化改革提供了理论支持与实践范例。
In the traditional experimental teaching of molecular medicine,there are problems of difficulty in performing high-risk operations,difficulty in observing microscopic mechanisms,and the fragmentation of teaching resources.To improve teaching quality,the authors conducted a digital teaching reform based on the virtual simulation experiment projects in the national first-class course of“gene cloning and expression”.Relying on the online learning platform of Xuexitong,they designed a smart teaching system based on knowledge graph and constructed a three-in-one experimental teaching mode of“technology empowerment,knowledge integration,and capacity building”.They have achieved the visualization and digital teaching of high-risk and complex experiments through virtual simulation technology.The authors adopted online-offline blended teaching,employed knowledge graphs to integrate theories and practical knowledge points,and optimized the teaching process.This system proves effective in enhancing the quality of experimental teaching and cultivating innovative abilities in the students.Based on this project,students won four awards in national competitions and published five SCI papers.This paper aims to provide reference for the digital reform in the experimental teaching of molecular medicine.
