摘要
脊髓损伤(SCI)是一种致残性损伤性疾病,通常会导致患者的神经功能障碍。随着交通事故和极限运动的增加,SCI变得越来越普遍,对患者、家庭和社会产生了灾难性的影响。针刺作为一种中医疗法,可以通过多种途径有效减轻SCI后的继发性损伤,在其损伤调控中展现出独特的优势。近年来,转录基因测序揭示了新的SCI病理机制,并提出了脊髓损伤修复和临床应用的未来发展方向。本研究就转录基因测序在针刺治疗SCI中的应用展开综述,旨在从转录组学层面深入了解SCI后继发损伤的复杂分子机制,探讨转录基因测序在SCI后神经再生和修复的进展,阐述针刺治疗SCI的作用机制,以期为临床上SCI的治疗提供新思路。
Spinal cord injury(SCI)is a disabling traumatic condition that often leads to neurological dysfunction.With the rise in traffic accidents and extreme sports,SCI has become increasingly prevalent,exerting devastating impacts on patients,families,and society.As a traditional Chinese medical therapy,acupuncture can effectively alleviate secondary injury after SCI through multiple pathways and demonstrates unique advantages in injury regulation.In recent years,transcriptome sequencing has uncovered novel pathological mechanisms of SCI and suggested future directions for spinal cord repair and clinical applications.This review summarizes the application of transcriptome sequencing in acupuncture treatment of SCI,aiming to deepen the understanding of the complex molecular mechanisms underlying secondary injury at the transcriptional level,explore advances in neural regeneration and repair after SCI,and elucidate the mechanisms of acupuncture in SCI treatment,with a view to providing new perspectives for clinical management of SCI.
