摘要
通过搭建基于数字孪生技术的课程-实验联动教学平台,将数字孪生技术、单轴滑台加载虚拟仿真模型等结合有限元结构案例综合应用于教学中,实现课程教学与实验教学联动。考虑特殊情况,设置多场景实验模式。在课程教学中引入虚拟实验操作及结果远程展示,在实验教学中同步实现有限元自主建模及结果输出,使学生在课堂上直观观测、对比理论结果与实际工程效果的相同与不同之处,深入了解应用需求。现场应用反馈效果良好,大大提高了学生学习的积极性。
This paper integrates digital twin technology,the single-axis slide loading test bench,etc.with finite element structural cases and applies them comprehensively in teaching.Through the establishment of a digital twin experimental platform that enables load application and deformation observation,and the remote application of load for DIC non-contact strain detection,in combination with finite element virtual simulation models and remote interaction technologies,students can visually observe the problems in engineering during the class.The feedback from on-site applications shows that the implementation effect is favorable,significantly enhancing the enthusiasm of students for learning.
