摘要
为确保高层建筑桩基工程在复杂地质条件下的施工质量与安全,文章以某高层建筑项目为例,通过分析钻孔灌注桩的选型依据、施工难点及专项方案的制订过程,探讨施工准备、工艺流程与质量控制等关键环节的技术措施,针对工程面临的高承压水位、厚砂卵石层及长桩混凝土浇筑等难题,提出泥浆性能控制、钻进参数优化与全过程质量管控等应对策略。结果表明,科学、合理的桩基专项施工方案可有效提升成孔稳定性、成桩质量与施工效率,保障桩基承载性能满足设计要求,为同类工程提供可借鉴的技术路径。
In order to ensure the construction quality and safety of high-rise building pile foundation engineering under complex geological conditions,this paper takes a high-rise building project as an example.By analyzing the selection basis,construction difficulties and the specialized scheme formulation process of bored pile,it discusses the technical measures for key links such as construction preparation,process flow and quality control.In view of the problems such as high confi ned water level,thick sand and gravel layer and long pile concrete pouring,it puts forward some countermeasures such as mud performance control,drilling parameter optimization and whole process quality control.The results show that the scientific and reasonable specialized pile foundation construction scheme can effectively improve the hole stability,pile quality and construction efficiency,and ensure the bearing capacity of pile foundation to meet the design requirements,providing a technical path for similar engineering.
