摘要
本文围绕皮革传统服饰文化融入高校思政教学改革展开研究,首先剖析其价值意蕴,指出该文化能传承民族历史记忆、挖掘非遗工艺内涵、丰富思政教学资源、衔接时代发展需求;接着分析现实挑战,包括文化资源整合不足、师资跨学科素养弱、教学方法单一、环保认知偏差与现代认同不足等问题;最后提出实践进路,从构建“文化+思政”课程体系、打造“双师型”师资队伍、搭建“理论+实践”教学平台、营造“校园+社会”文化氛围四方面,为推动两者深度融合、提升思政教学实效性提供具体方案,助力培育学生文化自信与核心素养。
This study explores the integration of traditional leather clothing culture into ideological and political education reform in higher education institutions.It first analyzes the cultural significance,highlighting its role in preserving ethnic historical memory,exploring intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship,enriching educational resources,and aligning with contemporary development needs.The research then examines practical challenges including insufficient cultural resource integration,interdisciplinary faculty competency gaps,monotonous teaching methods,environmental awareness biases,and inadequate modern identity recognition.Finally,it proposes practical solutions through four key approaches:establishing a“Culture+Ideological Education”curriculum system,building a“dual-qualified”faculty team,creating a“theory-practice”teaching platform,and fostering a“campus-society”cultural atmosphere.These concrete measures aim to deepen cultural-political integration,enhance teaching effectiveness,and cultivate students’cultural confidence and core competencies.
