摘要
皮革产业作为传统制造业的重要组成部分,正面临绿色转型与可持续发展的时代命题。在全球碳中和目标推进与国内环保政策趋严的背景下,绿色金融成为推动皮革产业低碳化的关键支撑。本文系统梳理了我国皮革产业绿色金融政策体系的动态演进路径,分析了从国家顶层设计到地方试点创新的政策协同机制。在此基础上,重点探讨了绿色认证标准体系构建、绿色金融支持路径改革、绿色融资模式创新等内容,为金融支持皮革产业绿色转型提供了有益参考。
As an important component of traditional manufacturing,the leather industry is now confronted with the contemporary proposition of green transformation and sustainable development.Against the backdrop of the global carbon neutrality goal being advanced and domestic environmental protection policies becoming increasingly strict,green finance has become a key support for promoting the low-carbonization of the leather industry.This article systematically reviews the dynamic evolution path of the green finance policy system for China’s leather industry and analyzes the policy coordination mechanism from national toplevel design to local pilot innovation.On this basis,the focus was on exploring the construction of a green certification standard system,the reform of green finance support paths,and the innovation of green financing models,providing useful references for financial support for the green transformation of the leather industry.
