摘要
在制造业数字化转型进程快速推进的时代背景下,皮革产业作为典型的传统加工型行业,正处于从经验管理到系统化决策转型的紧要关头。信息化系统的引入对企业资源配置模式造成了改变,强烈影响了数据驱动下的经营理念及决策逻辑。本文针对ERP系统导入阶段的数据迁移进行了系统的分析,从迁移步骤、执行逻辑到策略制定进行探讨,研究内容覆盖主数据规划、迁移时窗控制、工具平台选定及质量闭环设计等关键环节,目的是构建一套既具有行业适配性又具备工程操作可能性的迁移体系框架。
Against the backdrop of the rapid advancement of digital transformation in the manufacturing industry,the leather industry,as a typical traditional processing sector,is at a critical juncture of transitioning from experience-based management to systematic decision-making.The introduction of information systems has brought about changes in the enterprise resource allocation model and strongly influenced the business philosophy and decision-making logic driven by data.This article conducts a systematic analysis of data migration during the ERP system introduction stage,discussing the migration steps,execution logic,and strategy formulation.The research content covers key links such as master data planning,migration time window control,tool platform selection,and quality closed-loop design.The aim is to construct a migration system framework that is both industryadaptable and feasible for engineering operations.
