摘要
作为传统优势产业,我国皮革行业面临数智化转型与高质量发展需求,而机械设计与皮革工艺的跨界融合是破局关键。本文先剖析皮革工艺全流程的核心环节与技术痛点,以及机械设计中精密控制、自动化加工、智能化集成的技术体系与功能特性,论证两者在技术和产业层面的适配性基础,进而指出当前融合存在的层次浅、系统协同弱、柔性适配差、环保与品质难平衡四大困境,最后提出机械设计与皮革工艺跨界融合的创新路径,为皮革产业转型升级提供理论参考与实践方向。
As a traditional pillar industry,China’s leather sector faces dual challenges of digital and intelligent transformation alongside high-quality development.The critical breakthrough lies in the cross-disciplinary integration of mechanical design and leather craftsmanship.This paper first analyzes the core processes and technical bottlenecks in leather production workflows,while examining the technical systems and functional characteristics of precision control,automated processing,and intelligent integration in mechanical design.It then demonstrates the foundational compatibility between these two domains at both technological and industrial levels.The study identifies four major obstacles in current integration efforts:superficial integration,weak system coordination,inadequate adaptability,and the difficulty in balancing environmental protection with product quality.Finally,it proposes innovative pathways for cross-disciplinary convergence between mechanical design and leather craftsmanship,providing theoretical references and practical guidance for the industry’s transformation and upgrading.
