摘要
通过分析皮革生产过程中的各类安全风险,包括有限空间危害、粉尘燃爆危害、化学品职业健康危害、化学品及皮革的火灾危害和机械设备伤害,文章探究了皮革生产安全管理的重要性,并提出了相应的安全管理对策。认为通过建立并执行严格的安全管理制度,企业能够显著降低生产过程中的安全风险,保障员工生命财产安全,促进企业的可持续发展。
This paper delves into various safety risks present in the leather production process,including hazards associated with confined spaces,dust explosion risks,occupational health hazards from chemicals,fire hazards from chemicals and leather,and mechanical equipment injuries.It explores the significance of safety management in leather production and proposes corresponding safety management strategies.It is argued that by establishing and enforcing stringent safety management systems,enterprises can substantially mitigate safety risks during production,safeguard employees'lives and property,and foster the sustainable development of the business.
