摘要
目的探讨甲钴胺联合银杏叶注射液治疗糖尿病性耳聋耳鸣(diabetic hearing loss and tinnitus,DHLT)的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性选取2022年2月—2024年11月福清市医院收治的60例DHLT患者的诊疗资料,根据不同治疗方法分组,每组30例。两组均接受常规血糖干预治疗。在此基础上,对照组接受甲钴胺治疗,研究组接受甲钴胺联合银杏叶注射液治疗。对比两组症状、病情严重程度及不良反应发生率。结果研究组听力下降、耳鸣、耳部闷胀症状积分低于对照组,病情严重程度轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲钴胺联合银杏叶注射液可改善DHLT患者的听觉症状,降低病情严重程度,且安全性良好。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Methylcobalamin combined with Ginkgo Biloba Injection in the treatment of diabetic hearing loss and tinnitus(DHLT).Methods The diagnosis and treatment data of 60 patients with DHLT admitted to Fuqing Hospital from February 2022 to November 2024 were retrospectively selected.They were grouped according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional blood glucose intervention treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with methylcobalamin,while the study group was treated with methylcobalamin combined with Ginkgo Biloba Injection.Compared the symptoms,severity of the disease and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The symptom scores of hearing loss,tinnitus and ear fullness in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the severity of the disease was milder than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Methylcobalamin combined with Ginkgo Biloba Injection can improve the auditory symptoms of patients with DHLT,reduce the severity of the disease,and has good safety.
