摘要
目的银杏叶提取物注射液与甲钴胺注射液耳周注射治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法将韶关市中医院2018年1月至2020年2月收治的90例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象,按照盲选法将患者平均分成观察组(n=45例,甲钴胺注射液耳周注射组+银杏叶注射液)和对照组(n=45例,维生素B12耳周注射+银杏叶注射液组),比较治疗效果和治疗后耳聋症状改善情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的耳聋严重程度与THI量表评分差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,耳聋严重程度与THI量表评分均明显改善,且实验组的改善效果更为显著,与对照组相比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组45例患者中有32例有效,有效率为71.11%;实验组45例患者中,有效患者42例,计算获得有效率为93.33%,实验组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对突发性耳聋患者采用银杏叶注射液与甲钴胺注射液治疗效果显著,改善了患者的耳聋症状,促进了患者病情的康复,值得推广应用。
Objective The clinical effect of ginkgo biloba extract injection and mecobalamin injection in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods 90 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the Shaoguan City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to February 2020 were taken as the research object,and the patients were divided into observation groups according to the blind selection method(n=45 cases,methylcobalamin injection)The peri-auricular injection group+Ginkgo biloba injection and the control group(n=45 cases,vitamin B12 peri-aural injection+Ginkgo biloba injection group)were compared with the treatment effect and the improvement of deafness symptoms after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the severity of deafness and THI scale score between the two groups of patients,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the severity of deafness and THI scale score were significantly improved,and the experimental group’s The improvement effect is more significant.Compared with the control group,it is statistically significant(P<0.05).32 of the 45 patients in the control group are effective,with an effective rate of 71.11%;42 of the 45 patients in the experimental group.The patients were effective with an effective rate of 93.33%.Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba injection and methylcobalamin injection are effective for patients with sudden deafness,which improves the deafness symptoms of the patients and promotes the rehabilitation of the patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
