摘要
目的探析糖尿病患儿应用规范化健康教育干预对改善心理健康的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2021年1月—2024年1月漳州市平和县医院儿科就诊的80例糖尿病患儿的临床资料,根据不同护理方法分为对照组(40例,实施常规护理干预)和观察组(40例,实施规范化健康教育干预)。比较两组患儿焦虑性情绪评分、患儿家长护理满意度、血糖控制效果。结果观察组干预后的糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、焦虑性情绪评分均低于对照组,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论规范化健康教育模式应用于糖尿病患儿能够改善心理健康,提高患儿家长护理满意度,血糖控制效果良好。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of standardized health education intervention on improving the mental health of children with diabetes.Methods The clinical data of 80 children with diabetes who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Pinghe County Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into the control group(40 cases,receiving conventional nursing intervention)and the observation group(40 cases,receiving standardized health education intervention)according to different nursing methods.The anxiety emotion scores,nursing satisfaction of children's family numbers and blood glucose control effects of the two groups of children were compared.Results After the intervention,the glycated hemoglobin A1c,2-hour postprandial palsma glucose,fasting palsma glucose and anxiety emotion score of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of the children's family members with nursing care was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the standardized health education model in children with diabetes can improve their mental health,enhance nursing satisfaction of children's family numbers,and achieve good results in blood glucose control.
