热桥阻断技术在绿色节能住宅中的应用

摘要 以杭州市某住宅小区典型住户为研究对象,通过实测分析其空调设备运行工况,揭示出住宅用户空调运行具有显著的非同步性与间歇性特征。基于该特征研究发现,住宅空调系统的冷热负荷计算方法及室内外机组配置策略,与公共建筑存在显著差异。据此,本文提出住宅小区空调能耗优化方案,旨在降低小区整体空调能耗水平。 This study investigates a typical household in a residential community in Hangzhou through field measurements of air conditioning(AC)operation patterns.The results reveal that residential AC usage exhibits significant unsynchronized behavior among households and highly intermittent operation within individual units.Based on these characteristics,the research identifies key differences between residential and public buildings in terms of cooling/heating load calculation methods and indoor/outdoor unit configuration strategies.Accordingly,an optimization scheme for community‑scale AC energy consumption is proposed,aiming to reduce overall air conditioning energy use in residential neighborhoods.
