摘要
油气田企业为了实现碳达峰和碳中和,在固定资产投资项目节能评估阶段要求核算项目的碳排放量以及碳排放强度,从源头上控制碳排放强度,促进油气田高质量绿色低碳发展。针对不同的项目方案,研究不同情形下碳排放以及碳排放强度指标计算方法,建立计算模型,更加准确地估算碳排放相关指标,为油气田项目开发建立提供科学数据,促进油气田绿色低碳发展。
In order to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality,oil and gas field enterprises have been required to account for the carbon emission and carbon emission intensity during the fixed asset investment projects and conservation assessment,which controls the carbon emission intensity and promotes high-quality,green and low-carbon development of oil and gas fields.In view of different schemes,the calculation methods of carbon emission and carbon emission intensity indicators under different circumstances are studied,and the calculation model is established,which can more accurately estimate carbon emission related indicators,provide scientific data for the development of oil and gas field project and promote the green and low-carbon development of oil and gas field.
