聚羧酸减水剂复配早强组分对混凝土性能的影响研究

摘要 混凝土早期强化剂旨在加强混凝土的早期强度,其对混凝土的后期强度不会产生明显作用,并且在加速施工进度方面扮演着关键角色。本文通过选择无机盐类硫酸钠早强剂和有机化合物类三乙醇胺早强剂分别与聚羧酸减水剂进行复配,同时根据结果再选择二者较优掺量进行复合添加,研究其对混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:复配单一类型的早强剂效果较弱,且单掺三乙醇胺的比例不宜超过3%,单掺硫酸钠的比例不宜超过4%;当二者在适宜比例内复合使用时,早强效果显著提升,有效提高了混凝土早期强度,同时未对混凝土后期强度产生不利影响。 Early strength agents for concrete are designed to enhance the early strength of concrete,but they do not have a significant effect on the long-term strength.They play a crucial role in accelerating construction progress.This article studied the effect of inorganic salt sodium sulfate early strength agent and organic compound triethanolamine early strength agent on concrete performance by compounding them with polycarboxylate superplasticizer,and selecting the optimal dosage of the two based on the results.The experimental results indicated that using a single type of early-strength agent yields limited effects.Specifically,the dosage of triethanolamine should not exceed 3%,and that of sodium sulfate should not exceed 4%when used alone.However,when the two agents were combined in appropriate proportions,the early-strength performance was significantly enhanced,effectively improving the early compressive strength of concrete without adversely affecting its later-age strength.
