摘要
为分析食品中沙门氏菌检测能力验证的结果,根据《牛肉粉中沙门氏菌检测能力评价作业指导书》及GB 4789.4—2024《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》中沙门氏菌的检验方法,同时辅以全自动生化鉴定系统VITEK2、全自动微生物质谱检测系统、分子生物学等手段进行操作,对结果加以分析。结果显示,样品NRS 139和样品NRS 142的最终检测结果均为阳性,检测结果均为满意。通过本次能力验证,本实验室在沙门氏菌检验方面的能力得到了显著提升。
To analyze the results of proficiency testing for Salmonella detection in food.According to the"Guidelines for the Evaluation of Salmonella Detection Capability in Beef Powder"and the Salmonella detection method specified in the"National Food Safety Standard-Microbiological Examination of Food-Examination of Salmonella"(GB 4789.4—2024),the tests were conducted with the assistance of the fully automated biochemical identification system VITEK2,the fully automated microbial mass spectrometry detection system,and molecular biology techniques.The results were then analyzed.The final test results for both samples NRS 139 and NRS 142 were positive,and the detection results were satisfactory.Through this proficiency testing,the capability of our laboratory in Salmonella detection has been significantly improved.
