从“事务员”到“协作者”:高职辅导员在双创教育中的角色跃迁与实现路径

From“Administrator”to“Collaborator”:The Role Transition of Higher Vocational College Counselors in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Its Realization Path

摘要 当前高职双创教育中存在辅导员角色边缘化、功能缺失等问题,使其在项目孵化、校企协同、资源对接等关键环节缺位,制约了其育人效能的发挥。通过分析制度根源、结构性期待与多重矛盾,提出辅导员应在教育关系、专业自主、实践参与和身份整合四个维度实现角色重构,以适配双创教育对“生态协作者”的核心需求。进而从制度保障、能力建设、平台支撑和评价激励四个方面,系统构建辅导员角色跃迁的实现路径,以推动其成为双创教育生态中的关键行动者,有效链接教育链与产业链,促进高职教育深化产教融合、实现育人目标转型。 Currently,issues such as the marginalization of counselors’roles and functional deficiencies in vocational college innovation and entrepreneurship education have led to their absence in critical areas like project incubation,industry-academy collaboration,and resource coordination,thereby limiting the effectiveness of their educational role.By analyzing institutional roots,structural expectations,and multiple tensions,this study proposes that counselors should reconstruct their roles across four dimensions:educational relationships,professional autonomy,practical engagement,and identity integration,to align with the core demands of innovation and entrepreneurship education for“ecological collaborators”.Furthermore,a systematic pathway for this role transition is constructed from four aspects:institutional safeguards,capacity building,platform support,and evaluation incentives.This aims to empower counselors to become key actors in the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem,effectively bridging the educational and industrial chains,and facilitating the deepening of industry-education integration as well as the transformation of educational objectives in vocational education.
