论构建家校社协同育人“教联体”的三重逻辑

摘要 家校社协同育人“教联体”是形成建设教育强国合力的关键枢纽,正确认识并把握其内在的价值逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑是构建家校社协同育人“教联体”的基本前提。在价值逻辑上,构建家校社协同育人“教联体”是完善立德树人机制、推动教育高质量发展、加快建设教育强国、促进教育治理现代化的内在要求。在理论逻辑上,家校社协同育人“教联体”本质上是由教育主体以行动的方式在差异性空间中通过边界跨越而构建起的关系性存在。拓展异质性的教育空间、丰富强联结的教育关系、开展多场域的跨界行动是其内在的理论诉求。在实践逻辑上,推进家校社协同育人“教联体”的建设须从铸牢情感根基、维护边界意识、完善沟通机制、健全制度保障和提升主体能力等方面着力,创造“人人、事事、时时、处处”的高质量协同生态,以促进学生健康成长发展。 The“Educational Alliance”for home-school-community collaborative education serves as a crucial hub in forming the synergy to build an education powerhouse.Establishing this“Educational Alliance”requires a correct understanding and grasp of its intrinsic value logic,theoretical logic,and practical logic as fundamental prerequisites.In terms of value logic,constructing the“Educational Alliance”is an inherent requirement for improving the moral education mechanism,promoting high-quality education development,accelerating the construction of an education powerhouse,and advancing modernized education governance.From a theoretical perspective,the“Educational Alliance”is essentially a relational existence formed by educational actors through boundary-crossing actions in heterogeneous spaces.Its inherent theoretical demands include expanding diverse educational spaces,enriching strong educational connections,and conducting multi-domain cross-border actions.In practical terms,advancing the construction of the“Educational Alliance”must focus on solidifying emotional foundations,maintaining boundary awareness,refining communication mechanisms,improving institutional safeguards,and enhancing actor capabilities.This aims to create a high-quality collaborative ecosystem that permeates“every person,every matter,every moment,and every space,”fostering the healthy growth and development of students.
