摘要
以高职食品理化检验技术课程为研究对象,聚焦数智化转型背景下OMO(Online-Merge-Offline)模式的应用,探索课程建设的创新路径。通过重构课程内容、构建数字教学场景、改革教学模式与评价体系,形成“开放式、沉浸式、泛在化”的课程生态。实践表明,OMO模式能有效解决传统教学中理论与实践脱节、资源利用率低、个性化学习不足等问题,提升学生数字化素养与岗位适应能力,为职业教育食品检验类课程数智化建设提供理论参考与实践范式。
This study takes the course of“Food Physical and Chemical Inspection Technology”in higher vocational education as the research object,focuses on the application of the OMO(Online-Merge-Offline)model in the context of digital and intelligent transformation,and explores the innovative path of curriculum construction.By reconstructing the curriculum content,building a digital teaching scenario,and reforming the teaching mode and evaluation system,a curriculum ecology featuring“openness,immersion,and ubiquitousness”is formed.Practices show that the OMO model can effectively solve the problems such as the disconnection between theory and practice,low utilization rate of resources,and insufficient personalized learning in traditional teaching,improve students’digital literacy and job adaptation ability,and provide a theoretical reference and practical paradigm for the digital and intelligent construction of food inspection courses in vocational education.
