New Quality Productive Forces Enabling the Teaching Reform of Food Physical and Chemical Inspection Technology Course in Higher Vocational Education

摘要 随着新质生产力的快速发展,高职教育面临着新的机遇与挑战。本文以食品理化检验技术课程为例,深入探讨基于新质生产力理念的“四融合+数字化赋能”教学改革路径,即通过精准对接企业岗位需求重构教学内容,引入“1+X”证书标准强化技能认证,结合职业技能大赛优化实践项目,融入创新创业教育培养复合型人才,并构建“虚实结合”的数字化实训平台。实践表明,新质生产力驱动的教学模式有效提升了学生的职业素养和就业竞争力,为职业院校课程改革及食品检测行业人才培养提供了实践参考。 With the rapid development of new quality productive forces,higher vocational education is facing new opportunities and challenges.Taking the Food Physical and Chemical Inspection Technology course as an example,this paper thoroughly explores a teaching reform approach based on the concept of new quality productive forces,characterized by“four integrations+digital empowerment”.Specifically,it involves reconstructing teaching content through precise alignment with enterprise job requirements,strengthening skill certification by introducing the“1+X”certificate standards,optimizing practical projects in connection with vocational skills competitions,cultivating interdisciplinary talents through integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and establishing a digital training platform featuring“virtual-real combination”.Practice has demonstrated that this new quality productive forces-driven teaching model has effectively enhanced students’professional competencies and employment competitiveness,providing practical references for curriculum reform in vocational institutions and talent cultivation in the food testing industry.
