摘要
随着互联网技术的飞速发展,电子商务已成为推动农村经济转型升级的重要力量。江苏省作为中国东部沿海的经济大省,其农村电子商务的发展尤为迅速,形成了多个具有鲜明特色的电商产业集群。通过研究这些集群的空间演进和波及效应发现,江苏农村电商产业集群经历了从村域到镇域、再到县域的集聚过程,并对周边地区经济具有显著的波及效应,不仅促进了就业增长和农民增收,还推动了产业结构的优化和物流体系的完善,也促进了农村社会治理的现代化和创新创业氛围的形成。
With the rapid development of Internet technology,e-commerce has emerged as a pivotal force driving the transformation and upgrading of rural economy.Jiangsu Province,as a major economic province along the eastern coast of China,has witnessed particularly rapid development of rural e-commerce,forming several e-commerce industrial clusters with distinct characteristics.This paper delves into the spatial evolution and ripple effects of these clusters.The research reveals that Jiangsu’s rural e-commerce industry clusters have undergone a process of agglomeration,expanding from village-level to township-level,and finally to county-level,exerting notable ripple effects on the surrounding regional economy.This expansion has not only fueled employment growth and increased farmers’incomes but also optimized industrial structures,enhanced logistics systems,accelerated the modernization of rural social governance,and fostered an environment conducive to innovation and entrepreneurship.
