催化裂化技术历史回顾与前沿趋势分析

摘要 自20世纪40年代以来,流化催化裂化(FCC)技术一直是现代炼油工业的核心,为全球提供主要交通燃料和化工原料。通过回顾催化裂化技术从早期固定床到现代提升管反应器的历史沿革,重点阐述分子筛催化剂与反应工艺协同发展的革命性突破。在此基础上,聚焦当前全球能源转型和碳中和目标带来的深刻挑战,依托2022—2024年欧洲炼油技术会议(ERTC)的前沿报告,系统分析FCC技术未来五大发展趋势,包括深度减排脱碳、原料革命、“油转化”、先进催化剂技术突破以及智能运营与数字化转型,深入探讨各趋势下的技术细节与商业实践,旨在为FCC技术在新时代的战略定位与可持续发展提供借鉴。 Since the 1940s,fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)technology has been at the core of modern refining,providing the world with primary transportation fuels and chemical feedstocks.This paper first reviews the key historical developments of catalytic cracking technology,from early fixed-bed reactors to modern riser reactors,with a focus on the revolutionary breakthroughs achieved through the synergistic development of molecular sieve catalysts and reaction processes.Building on this foundation,the article focuses on the profound challenges posed by the global energy transition and carbon neutrality goals,and based on frontier reports from the 2022–2024 European Refining Technology Conference(ERTC),systematically analyzes the five core future trends of FCC technology:deep decarbonization,feedstock revolution,oil conversion,breakthroughs in advanced catalyst technology,and smart operations and digital transformation.The article delves into the technical details and commercial practices under each trend,aiming to provide references for the strategic positioning and sustainable development of FCC technology in the new era.
