摘要
我国自2022年提出实施教育数字化战略行动以来,教育数字化开启了从局部探索迈向全面推进的新阶段。总结三年间国内教育数字化的研究热点与前沿趋势,有助于系统把握研究脉络,提炼阶段性发展规律,科学谋划未来实践方向,推动教育数字化向高质量发展新阶段迈进。基于对国内重要学术期刊成果的系统梳理与专家咨询,凝练出中国教育数字化十大热点议题:教育数字化转型、国家智慧教育平台建设、人工智能重塑教与学范式、教育数字化助力“双减”、数智技术驱动教育评价改革、新型数字教育资源开发、智能空间环境构建、教师数字素养与胜任力、数字伦理风险及治理、教育数字化国际洞察,总体呈现出国家战略引领、技术与教育深度融合、发展与安全并重、本土创新与全球视野协同的鲜明特征。展望未来,我国教育数字化将进入纵深推进的高质量发展新阶段,教育科研战线应聚焦构建安全、公平、智能、可持续的数字教育新生态,深化理论研究与实践创新,为教育强国建设提供有力的智力支撑。
Since 2022,China has actively promoted the National Strategy for Education Digitalization,marking a transition from fragmented explorations to systematic advancement in educational digitalization.Summarizing the research hotspots and emerging trends in China’s educational digitalization over the past three years enables a systematic understanding of its research trajectory,identifies phased development patterns,informs strategic planning for future directions,and ushers digital education into a new era of high-quality development.Through a systematic analysis of key academic publications and consultations with domain experts,this study identifies ten pivotal issues in China’s education digitalization:(1)digital transformation of education,(2)development of the National Smart Education Platform,(3)AI-driven paradigm shifts in teaching and learning,(4)digital education’s role in advancing the“double reduction”policy,(5)leveraging data intelligence and educational technology to reform assessment practices,(6)innovative evelopment of digital educational resources,(7)construction of intelligent educational environments,(8)teacher digital literacy and competency development,(9)digital ethics,risks,and governance,and(10)international insights into educational digitalization.These themes reflect four distinctive characteristics:national strategic leadership,deep integration of technology and education,balanced emphasis on development and security,and synergy between indigenous innovation and global perspectives.Looking ahead,China’s education digitalization is entering a new phase of high-quality development characterized by deeper integration,enhanced effectiveness,and sustainable innovation.The education research community should prioritize building a secure,equitable,intelligent,and sustainable digital education ecosystem while advancing both theoretical research and practical innovation—thereby providing robust intellectual support for strengthening China’s education system.
