摘要
“十五五”时期我国基础化工行业面临产能过剩与同质化竞争加剧等挑战,传统石化企业亟需向精细化工产业转型升级,以优化产业结构、维护产业安全。传统石化企业凭借产业链完整、技术积累深厚、资本驱动力强等优势,具备向精细化工产业延伸的能力。从战略引领、管理体制、技术研发、资本运作、市场营销及激励机制等方面着手,通过产业链延伸、技术突破和资源整合,实现从规模扩张向价值创造转型,旨在为传统石化企业构建可持续的高质量发展新路径提供参考。
During the 15th Five-Year Plan period,China's basic chemical industry is confronted with challenges such as overcapacity and intensified homogeneous competition.Traditional petrochemical enterprises urgently need to transform and upgrade towards the fine chemical industry to optimize the industrial structure and enhance industrial security.Endowed with advantages including a complete industrial chain,profound technical accumulation,and strong capital driving force,traditional petrochemical enterprises possess the capability to extend into the fine chemical industry.Starting from aspects such as strategic guidance,management system,technological R&D,capital operation,marketing,and incentive mechanism,enterprises can achieve the transformation from scale expansion to value creation through industrial chain extension,technological breakthroughs,and resource integration,aiming to provide guidance for traditional petrochemical enterprises in establishing sustainable pathways for high-quality development.
