摘要
目的:筛选超富集植物种质资源,促进植物修复综合技术研究发展。方法:通过整理国内外文献中的超富集植物信息,并结合《陕西省维管植物名录(2021版)》《陕西省植被志》《中国植物志》等植物名录,归纳总结陕西省超富集植物的种类组成、空间分布特征。结果:陕西省超富集植物有49科127属160种,有27种入侵植物,有133种草本植物;可富集Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn、As、Mn、Sb、Al、Ni、Se、Cr、Sn、Sr、稀土元素等14种重金属,其中以富集Cd的植物种数最多;有26种超富集植物可富集两种及以上重金属;陕南各市分布的超富集植物均在110种及以上,关中各市的超富集植物分布不均,陕北各市的超富集植物均少于70种。结论:陕西省超富集植物种类组成丰富,生活型多样,以草本植物为主,可富集14种重金属,有26种超富集植物可富集多种重金属;超富集植物种数分布区域由多到少依次为陕南、关中、陕北。
Objective:To screen germplasm resources of hyperaccumulator plants and advance the development of comprehensive phytoremediation technology.Methods:By extracting information on hyperaccumulators from domestic and foreign literature,The Checklist of Vascular Plants in Shaanxi Province,China(Version 2021),Vegegraphy of Shaanxi,and Flora of Shaanxi,the species composition and spatial distribution characteristics of hyperaccumulators were summarized in Shaanxi Province.Results:The results showed that there were 160 species of hyperaccumulators,belonging to 49 families and 127 genera,with 27 species being invasive plants,and 133 species being herbs.They can accumulate Cd,Pb,Cu,Zn,As,Mn,Sb,Al,Ni,Se,Cr,Sn,Sr and rare earth elements,and 26 species could accumulate multiple heavy metals.The number of hyperaccumulator plants that could accumulate Cd was the largest.There were more than 110 species of hyperaccumulators in cities in Southern Shaanxi.Hyperaccumulators were unevenly distributed in cities in Shaanxi Guanzhong area.There were less than 70 species of hyperaccumulators in cities in Northern Shaanxi.Conclusion:The hyperaccumulators in Shaanxi Province had a rich species composition.Life forms were diverse and most of them were herbs.The hyperaccumulators can accumulate 14 heavy metal elements.And 26 species of them can accumulate multiple heavy metals.The number of hyperaccumulator species,in descending order,was highest in Southern Shaanxi,followed by the Guanzhong area,and lowest in Northern Shaanxi.
