摘要
目的:探究内蒙古自治区药用苔藓资源情况及其适宜性分布区。方法:整理药用苔藓的功效应用、化学成分、生境等信息;构建系统发育树,利用MaxEnt模型和地理信息系统(ArcGIS)预测药用苔藓潜在分布区。结果:内蒙古药用苔藓资源丰富,功效主要集中在清热解毒、消肿止痛、收敛止血方面。目前已分离出菲类、香豆素类、黄酮类和联苄类等化合物。它们生存的生态环境类型为石生、土生、水生、腐生、树生。内蒙古药用苔藓的高适宜区和中适宜区主要集中在东部地区,不适宜区和低适宜区主要集中在中西部地区。结论:本研究对药用苔藓植物的初步研究为其资源的合理开发及保护提供了理论基础。
Objective:To explore the current status of medicinal bryophyte resources and their suitable distribution characteristics in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Methods:The information on the medicinal effects,applications,chemical components,and habitats of bryophytes was compiled.A phylogenetic tree was constructed,and the potential distribution areas of medicinal bryophytes were predicted using the MaxEnt model and Geographic Information System(ArcGIS).Results:The medicinal bryophyte resources in Inner Mongolia were found to be rich,with effects mainly concentrated on clearing heat and detoxifying,reducing swelling and relieving pain,and astringent hemostasis.A variety of compounds,such as phenanthrenes,coumarins,flavonoids,and bibenzyls,had been isolated.The ecological environments in which they lived included lithophytic,edaphic,aquatic,saprophytic,and arboreal habitats.The high and medium suitable areas for medicinal bryophytes in Inner Mongolia were mainly concentrated in the eastern region,while the unsuitable and low suitable areas were mainly distributed in the central and western regions of Inner Mongolia.Conclusion:The preliminary research on medicinal bryophytes provides a theoretical basis for their rational development and protection.
