新时代背景下高校博物馆展览与教育融合的实践路径

摘要 剖析了高校博物馆展览与教育融合的现状,揭示了高校博物馆在科教融合、目标设定、合作机制,以及培训体系等方面面临的挑战,认为高校博物馆在教育转化、展教活动设计、馆校协同合作及人才培养等方面有待优化。由此,提出科研资源教育转化重构、展教活动认知分龄设计、馆校协同教育模式构建和强化馆教人员培训等方面的实践路径,从而实现高校博物馆展览与教育的深度融合,充分发挥高校博物馆在文化传承与教育中的重要作用。 The current state of integrating exhibitions and education in university museums was analyzed,and challenges in areas such as the fusion of science and education,goal-setting,collaborative mechanisms,and training systems were highlighted.Areas for improvement were identified in educational transformation,the design of exhibition-education activities,museum-school collaboration,and talent development.Consequently,practical pathways were proposed,including the restructuring of the educational transformation of research resources,the design of age-specific cognitive approaches for exhibition-education activities,the establishment of collaborative education models between museums and schools,and the strengthening of the training of museum educators.These measures are aimed at achieving a deeper integration of exhibitions and education in university museums,and their significant role in cultural heritage and education is fully leveraged.
