摘要
目的探讨中医芳香疗法配合巴林特小组及角色扮演活动在中医规范化培训管理的应用研究。方法选取广东省第二中医院于2024年1月—2025年2月中医规范化培训学员60例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组采取常规中医规范化培训活动,研究组在常规中医规范化培训活动基础上加入中医芳香疗法配合巴林特小组结合角色扮演活动方案。两组干预时间均为3个月。观察两组学员干预前后的心理状况[焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scal,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分]、职业倦怠程度(情感耗竭、去人格化、个人成就感降低维度评分)、医患沟通技能(沟通态度、沟通技巧、信息传递、理解患者需求维度评分)及培训满意度。结果两组干预后培训学员SAS和SDS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05);研究组干预后培训学员SAS和SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后培训学员情感耗竭、去人格化和个人成就感降低评分低于干预前(P<0.05);研究组干预后培训学员情感耗竭、去人格化和个人成就感降低评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后培训学员沟通态度、沟通技巧、信息传递和理解患者需求评分高于干预前(P<0.05);研究组干预后培训学员沟通态度、沟通技巧、信息传递和理解患者需求评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组培训学员对管理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医芳香疗法配合巴林特小组及角色扮演活动在中医规范化培训管理中应用效果良好,可改善学员心理状况、职业倦怠程度和医患沟通技能,及提高学员满意度。
Objective To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)aromatherapy combined with Balint group and role-playing activities in the standardized training and management of TCM.Methods Sixty trainees of standardized TCM training at our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 divided study group and a control group,each 30 cases.The control group received routine TCM standardized training activities,while the research group participated in TCM aromatherapy combined with Balint group role-playing activities on the basis of routine TCM standardized training activities.The intervention period for both groups was 3 months.The psychological status(SAS,SDS scores),occupational burnout level(emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and reduced personal achievement dimensions),and doctor-patient communication skills(communication attitude,communication skills,information transmission,understanding patient needs dimensions)and the satisfaction level of trainees of two groups before and after 3 months of intervention were observed.Results After intervention,two groups of trainees SAS and SDS scores lowered before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,study group of trainees SAS and SDS scores was lower than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,two groups emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and decreased personal achievement scores was lower than before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,study group of trainees emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and decreased personal achievement scores was lower than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,two groups of trainees communication attitude,communication skills,information transmission and understanding of patient needs scores was higher than before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,study group of trainees communication attitude,communication skills,information transmission and understanding of patient needs scores was higher than control group(P<0.05).The study group of trainees overall satisfaction rate was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM aromatherapy combined with Balint group and role-playing activities shows good results in the standardized training and management of TCM.It can improve the psychological condition,occupational burnout level,and doctor-patient communication skills of students,as well as increase their satisfaction.
