摘要
目的:调查肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血(EGVB)病人代理决策者的决策疲劳现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取203例肝硬化EGVB病人的代理决策者为研究对象,收集病人及代理决策者的一般资料,调查代理决策者决策疲劳量表、决策自我效能量表、决策困境量表及领悟社会支持量表得分情况。结果:EGVB病人代理决策者的决策疲劳量表得分为(15.41±1.52)分。病人医疗费用支付方式、经急诊入院次数及代理决策者文化程度、疾病决策经历、决策自我效能、决策困境、领悟社会支持水平是肝硬化EGVB病人代理决策者决策疲劳的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:肝硬化EGVB病人代理决策者的决策疲劳处于较高水平,且受多种因素影响。医护人员应根据影响因素及时提供个性化决策辅助支持,以提高决策效率,减轻决策疲劳,从而改善决策质量。
Objective:To investigate the current status of decision fatigue among proxy decision-makers of patients with esophagogastric variceal bleeding(EGVB)due to liver cirrhosis,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:By using the convenience sampling method,a total of 203 proxy decision-makers of patients with EGVB due to liver cirrhosis were selected as the research subjects.General information of the patients and proxy decision-makers was collected,and the scores of the Decision Fatigue Scale,Decision Self-Efficacy Scale,Decision Conflict Scale and Perceived Social Support Scale of the proxy decision-makers were investigated.Results:The score of the Decision Fatigue Scale of the proxy decision-makers in patients with EGVB was 15.41±1.52.The payment method of medical expenses for patients,the number of emergency hospitalization,the educational level of the acting decision-makers,their experience in disease decision-making,decision-making self-efficacy,decision-making predicament,and the level of perceived social support were the main influencing factors of decision-making fatigue of the proxy decision-makers of patients with EGVB due to liver cirrhosis(P<0.05).Conclusions:The decision fatigue of proxy decision-makers of patients with EGVB due to liver cirrhosis was at a relatively high level,and it was influenced by multiple factors.Medical staff should provide personalized decision-making support in a timely manner based on influencing factors to enhance decision-making efficiency,reduce decision-making fatigue,and thereby improve decision-making quality.
