摘要
定期校验与故障排查SF_(6)气体密度监测装置是保障绝缘设备可靠运行的关键,而当前主流校验设备操作繁琐、便携性差、检测不准确,不仅拖慢运维效率,更易因校验偏差导致误判,制约其智能化运维升级。本文基于SF_(6)气体密度测量原理与表征方法,依托高性能硬件平台,结合不动点原理优化解析方程的软件设计,研制出精度达1%FS的手持式SF_(6)气体密度测试仪。通过专用试验平台测试其准确性及环境适应性,现场应用表明,该测试仪接口灵活,可快速校验SF_(6)气体密度监测装置并精准定位故障,有效解决运维操作难题,提升运维效率,为高压气体绝缘设备高效运维提供技术支撑。
Regular calibration and fault diagnosis of SF_(6) gas density monitoring devices are crucial for ensuring the reliable operation of gas-insulated equipment.However,existing calibration instruments often suffer from cumbersome operation,low portability,and limited measurement accuracy,which slow down operation and maintenance(O&M)efficiency and may cause misjudgments due to calibration deviations,thereby hindering the advancement of intelligent O&M.To address these issues,this paper presents a handheld SF_(6) gas density tester with an accuracy within±1%FS was developed based on the measurement principles and characterization methods of SF_(6) gas density,and combined with a high-performance hardware platform and a software algorithm,which optimizes analytical equations using the fixed-point principle.A dedicated test platform was established to evaluate key performance indicators such as measurement accuracy and environmental adaptability.Field tests verify that the tester features flexible interfaces and enables rapid calibration of SF_(6) gas density monitoring devices while accurately locates faults.The proposed tester effectively addresses operational challenges in on-site maintenance and calibration,improves O&M efficiency,and provides technical support for the efficient operation of high-voltage gas-insulated equipment.
