摘要
直肋-针肋混合热沉是高性能热沉的发展方向,而针肋的设计是决定混合肋热沉性能的关键因素。为此提出了半水滴形混合肋热沉结构,并对其在强制对流换热中的散热性能进行了数值仿真研究。结果表明,半水滴形针肋的旋转角度对混合肋热沉的性能影响显著。随着旋转角从0°增至40°,热沉散热量由778 W单调增至999 W。当旋转角为40°时,半水滴形混合肋热沉的散热量是质量相同、结构相似的水滴形混合肋热沉的1.5倍。
Plate-fin pin-fin heat sinks have high thermal performance,and the design of the pin fins is critical to the performance of heat sinks.In this paper,hybrid-fin heat sinks with semi-drop-shaped pin fins are proposed,and the performance of the heat sinks under forced convection is simulated.The results indicate that the installation angle of the semi-drop-shaped pin fins has significant effect on the thermal performance of heat sinks.As the installation angle increases from 0°to 40°,the heat is dissipated by the heat sink increases monotonously from 778 W to 999 W.The heat dissipates at 40°is 1.5 times that by a hybrid-fin heat sink with drop-shaped pin fins.
