摘要
随着电子器件越来越微型、高效,对于其产生的热量进行疏散和冷却逐渐成为研究热点和难点。文中首先对目前国内外的电子器件散热与冷却方式进行了梳理,在此基础上介绍了一些新的冷却方式,最后对电子器件散热与冷却领域进行了总结和展望。
The cooling methods for electronic components has becoming a major concern. The paper summarized up the prin- ciples and various cooling methods to eliminate temperature effects in the actual application. On this basis, some new cooling methods were proposed and introduced.
