摘要
我国已经初步建立起责权清晰、校内外联动的高职院校跨境教育项目质量保障体系。然而,跨境教育项目质量保障体系构建仍然存在政策法规不完善、外部评价机制不健全、内部保障体系不完善、质量保障机制缺失等问题。据此,提出建立完善的政策执行机制,健全多元主体协同参与的外部评价机制,构建权责清晰、制度适配、运行高效的内部质量保障体系,深化中外合作办学。
China has initially established a quality assurance system for cross-border education programs in higher vocational colleges featuring clear division of responsibilities and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.However,the construction of this system still faces several challenges,including inadequate policies and regulations,underdeveloped external evaluation mechanisms,incomplete internal assurance systems,and lack of effective quality guarantee mechanisms.In response,this paper proposes the following countermeasures:establishing a sound policy implementation mechanism,improving the external evaluation mechanism with the collaborative participation of multiple subjects,constructing an internal quality assurance system characterized by clear division of powers and responsibilities,institutional adaptability,and efficient operation,and deepening Sino-foreign cooperative education.
