摘要
当前国内对教育现状的统计和评价存在教育公平维度的缺失,并且尚未建立起可实际操作的关于高等教育公平的官方评价体系。本研究借鉴CIPP模式,在分析和研究CIPP模式的选择与我国高等教育公平评价的契合性的基础上,建立"背景一投入一过程一成果"的系统分析框架,尝试从教育背景、教育入学机会、教育资源配置、教育质量及成就等方面,构建我国高等教育公平指标体系。
There exists the absence of education fairness index in the current education situation and evaluation and the lack of official evaluation system concerning higher education fairness. With the help of CIPP model, the paper attempts to establish a framework of system featured by "Context, Input, Process, Product", and to construct an equity index system of higher education based on education background, education admission opportunity, education resource allocation, education quality and achievements.
