摘要
数智技术快速发展驱动传统产业转型升级,职业技能的半衰期急剧缩短。职业教育教材作为技能教育的重要载体正面临内容滞后、产教脱节、适应性弱化与资源分布不均等结构性挑战。基于此,通过技能图谱、自适应生成,推动教材数智化转型。对产业技能需求进行多源数据解析与能力本位统整,将隐性、离散的产业数据源转化为显性的技能知识网络;构建集学习者技能画像、聚合即时性产业资源、诊断学习行为等运行路径,驱动职业教育教材完成从静态知识容器向动态能力生成场的转变,最终破解传统教材供给的系统性困境。
The rapid development of digital and intelligent technologies has driven the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,leading to a sharp reduction in the half-life of vocational skills.As a crucial carrier of skill education,vocational education textbooks are confronting structural challenges such as outdated content,disconnection between industry and education,weakened adaptability,and uneven resource distribution.Against this backdrop,the digital and intelligent transformation of textbooks should be promoted through skill mapping and adaptive generation.Specifically,multi-source data analysis and competency-based integration of industrial skill demands should be conducted to convert implicit and discrete industrial data sources into an explicit skill knowledge network.Additionally,an operational framework integrating learners'skill profiles,aggregation of real-time industrial resources,and diagnosis of learning behaviors should be established.This framework drives vocational education textbooks to transform from static knowledge containers to dynamic competency-generation platforms,ultimately resolving the systemic dilemmas in the supply of traditional textbooks.
