狭小空间下多台盾构机分体始发关键技术研究

Research on Key Technologies for Split Launching of Multiple Shield Machines in Narrow Spaces

摘要 在城市轨道交通和地下管廊建设中,盾构隧道施工法被广泛采用。但在城市中心区域,由于建筑密集、土地资源有限,施工场地往往较为狭小,给常规盾构始发带来较大的困难。结合福州滨海快线的工程实例,探讨提出一套系统性的组合施工方案,综合运用钢套筒密封、人工破除地连墙辅助、前两台错开分体始发和后两台整体始发等关键技术,成功应对了在净空尺寸仅为48.8 m的中间竖井内完成四台总长达114 m的大直径盾构机的双向始发掘进的挑战。该策略通过优化作业空间与时序,有效解决了传统分体始发工序多、耗时长、安全风险高等问题,为类似受限空间下的多台盾构机高效始发提供了可行的解决方案,显著提升了狭小空间下多台盾构机分体始发的安全性与稳定性。 In the construction of urban rail transit and underground utility tunnels,the shield tunneling method is widely used.However,in urban central areas,due to dense buildings and limited land resources,the construction sites are often relatively small,which brings great difficulties to the conventional shield launching.Combining with the engineering example of Fuzhou Binhai Express Line,this paper Explore the proposal of a systematic combined construction scheme,comprehensively applying key technologies such as steel sleeve sealing technology,manual demolition of diaphragm wall auxiliary technology,staggered split launching technology for the first two shield machines,and integral launching technology for the last two shield machines.It successfully addressed the challenge of bidirectional launching and excavation of four large-diameter shield machines with a total length of 114 meters in an intermediate shaft with a clear dimension of only 48.8 meters.By optimizing the working space and sequence,this strategy effectively solves the problems of numerous procedures,long duration,and high safety risks in traditional split launching.It provides a feasible solution for the efficient launching of multiple shield machines in similar confined spaces and significantly improves the safety and stability of split launching of multiple shield machines in narrow spaces.
