摘要
大直径泥水盾构在复杂砂卵石地层中长距离掘进施工,盾构经常会受到刀盘刀具磨损严重、进排浆管及阀磨损严重、破碎机及泥舱门故障和突发事件等因素影响而导致停机,从而降低了盾构设备的性能,严重时将直接威胁施工安全。为了优化盾构设计、方便检修及降低施工风险,对北京某项目12 m级泥水盾构在施工过程中出现的问题,通过对刀盘刀具、泥水循环系统、破碎机和泥浆门、电气系统、监控检测系统等的优化,提高了设备的利用率和施工效率,降低了施工风险和施工成本,确保了人员和设备的安全。
When large diameter slurry shield machines are used for long distance boring in complex sand-cobble strata,the cutter heads and the cutting tools are often seriously worn,the slurry feeding/discharging pipes are often seriously damaged,the stone crushers and the slurry gates often have malfunctions and other incidents often occur,therefore,the shield machines often have to stop boring,which reduces the performance of the shield machines and even jeopardizes the construction safety.Optimizations are made on the cutter head and cutting tools,slurry cycling system,stone crusher and slurry gate,electrical system and monitoring system of a 12 m-diameter slurry shield used in Beijing,so as to optimize the design of the shield machine,facilitate the inspection and repair of the machine and minimize the construction risks.In the end,the availability and working efficiency of the shield machine are improved,the construction risk and cost are reduced and the safety of the labors and the equipment is guaranteed.
