摘要
本文探究了试剂级七水合硫酸镍的合成工艺,并制备了可用于电镀/电解的七水合硫酸镍产品。将工业级硫酸镍粗品配制成饱和硫酸镍水溶液,80℃下用稀硫酸调节pH到5左右,在-4℃下冷却结晶,即得到七水合硫酸镍粗品。考察了母液套用的可行性,该母液至多可循环利用3次。经检测,七水合硫酸镍粗品达到化学纯标准,相比工业级硫酸镍粗品,钠、镁、钾、钙等金属杂质的含量显著降低。按相同的结晶条件进一步重结晶,可得到正交晶系的七水合硫酸镍晶体,含量为99.82wt%,钠、镁、钾、铁等元素的含量可控制在20×10-6以内,钙、锰、钴、铜、锌、铅等元素的含量可控制在5×10^(-6)以内,达到分析纯标准。
Nickel sulfate heptahydrate was synthesized in reagent-grade purity suitable for electroplating and electrolysis applications.The process began with a saturated aqueous solution of crude industrial-grade nickel sulfate.By pH adjustment with dilute sulfuric acid at 80℃followed by crystallization at-4℃,crude nickel sulfate heptahydrate was obtained.The feasibility of mother liquor recycling was investigated,showing that it could be reused up to three times.The crude product met chemical purity standards,with significantly reduced contents of sodium,magnesium,potassium,calcium,and other metals compared to the industrial-grade starting material.Further recrystallization under identical conditions yielded orthorhombic crystals of nickel sulfate heptahydrate with a purity of approximately 99.82wt%.The contents of sodium,magnesium,potassium,and iron were each below 20×10^(-6),while calcium,manganese,cobalt,copper,zinc,and lead were each below 5×10-6,meeting analytical-grade standards.
